I heard people say that the banks are not lending out loans to people unless they have perfect credit and I just started my credit about 2 months ago by purchasing a car other than that I have no other bills or line of credit. I have rented from apartments and my credit with that is good.

    The drop in housing prices is not a problem for purchasers. The problem is that credit is tight so you have to have very good credit and a good down payment to get a loan.
