Depending on the state, the landlord has to give you like 30 days written notice from like the sherriffs office or something. So you should be fine.

Well instead of being on here you could be out looking for work. Hit every fast food place all convenience stores and all retail stores in your area..fill out those apps all day. Look for odd jobs on craigslist in your area and go do them for some quick cash. Sell some stuff in your home to make the rent money. You gotta do something…

No idiot is going to loan money to a total stranger over the internet.
Ask your friends and family for a loan, or for a place to live until you get back on your feet. Head to the unemployment office to see if you are eligible for any benefits. Check with your local church to see if they have any programs. Check the website for your city/county to see if they have any programs.
