moreno7711 asked: Being Bi-polar doesn’t mean anything but that for a fact I have an illness that wont go away. God, is so good to me. He lent me four grandchildren to love and teach them of Him. I do my very best to keep a smile on my face, but to be honest, if it weren’t for meds, I would have done just what my father did 19 yrs. ago. God is with me, I know this to be true, so on a better note please find it in your heart to help, humbly Abuela.(granny)

azkoolchik asked: I heard people say that the banks are not lending out loans to people unless they have perfect credit and I just started my credit about 2 months ago by purchasing a car other than that I have no other bills or line of credit. I have rented from apartments and my credit with that is good.

randbj41811 asked: She said that it was an emergency pest control for roaches so she gave the keys to the pest control guy named James, they gave notice without saying the date or time and the police said he coudn’t help. When I came back from work my TV, notebook, and some valuables were gone. She said it’s my fault because I wasn’t home.
I filed a police report and he said he couldn’t do anything because I didn’t have any cameras in my apartment, how outrageous.
Also they’re saying I can’t install a chain door lock because it’s illegal in this apartment.
Please help me find out how I can have this problem solved. The manager said next time if I’m not home again the pest control has the right to come in, and if anything dissapears I am the one responsible for not being home. Why are they saying this that sounds outrageous?
I think a lawyer is no good because things that were missing were not more than $2000, and the police already said I didn’t have this recorded on camera.

Miss Megan HorrorShow asked: I’d guess that hes around 19. Lets call him “Shroomie”. So check this out. He and his friends stay up til all hours of the night running around like ferrets on crack, jumping off of stuff and shrieking like screaming mimis. One day Shroomie came to my door and asked to borrow 50 cents, which I gave him since I collect laundry quarters. Another time he asked my hubby if he wanted to buy his cross bow for $20. When said hubby declined, Shroomie asked to borrow $20. No, we didn’t give it to him. Then today he came to the door and asked for toilet paper, and I gave him what was left on the roll in my bathroom. Then tonight he has the nerve to come to my door at 11pm and ask for batteries!?!?! WTF! No, we didn’t give him any, and I won’t “lend” shroomie anything again, no matter how small. How do I kindly tell this kid to get a job without sounding like an adult. I was 19 at one time, but I was never like that. I always had enough cash for shrooms AND toilet paper. Priorities
Catz- I did feel bad, cuz it seems he’s been dropped on the noggin
Tommy- The only money I gave him was 50 cents. If he bought drugs with 50 cents, I want his dealers number.

Sullivan Smith asked: I’ve got, like, this thing I need to take care of, and I got to get some stuff for my studio apartment like soap and chopsticks. Like, I’ll totally pay you back next week, man. You know I’m good for it. Remember when i didn’t tell your mom you were smoking pot in her closet. I mean, she found out, but I so didn’t tell her. Come on, man, help me out.
Christ… look, you guys all know I’m just kidding, right?

Older Sister asked: We currently are stationed overseas with the military. My husband is at the end of his medical discharge process and we are having problems finding a place to live when we get back. Lenders will not consider lending to us since we do not have employment in the states yet but we can’t take care of that without being in the states. Apartment complexes have given us the same answer. Hotels are WAY to expensive and would deplete our down payment resources. It is getting very close to us leaving with two children and a dog! Any suggestions or previous experiences would be helpful! Thanks!
We will not qualify for TDY as we are not active duty. We do have leave days and are considering taking them (25 days) but are being told that that will prolong his severance pay being sent until 10 days after the leave is over.
Yes, he will be able to get VA compensation but not until after the Army severance is paid back in full (at least that is our understanding).
Sorry…not active duty after the discharge.

surfsup36 asked: Sorry I know this is long BUT I REALLY NEED THE HELP!
I’ve asked pretty much the same question before but still haven’t gotten a good enough response. But basically I had to move out of my apartment which I had a roomate in to move back home for personal reseasons. I can’t sublet the place because its against the rules, and I tried finding another person to replace me as a roommate but the guy I was living with had to sign off on it and he wouldn’t do it unless he knew the person which is understandable. I found someone he knows, the only problem is that there is still a hold on the guys name from another complex because the people he was living with owe money, so basically until his name is cleared he cant get approved. On the side I’ve already moved all my stuff out but I have still paid this months rent, and plan to do so since I have no other option until the guy gets approved. Now heres the thing, the guy that cant get approved moved all his stuff in the apartment becuase my roomate lent him his keys and let him and now he’s living in my room unnaproved and not consented by me or the apartment complex and my roomate and the guy taking my spot are giving me the runaround saying that they dont really have time to take care of the paper work to do this all in a orderly and proper manner. What should I do to either get my name off the lease or get these guys in place to take care of this stuff?
THANK YOU FOR THE HELP!!!!1
